It is a great bit of advice/direction.

Re: engagement

But the Bristol-based festival organisers (http://slingshoteffect.co.u... - a small but growing business I'm keen to support) are taking their zombie game (and other equally wacky creations) on tour - they're in NYC today. How many cities are now going to be competing for their attention? Anyway - glad you enjoyed, and thanks for the compliments.

@peterholt99

Re: fitness made simple

hi jim - i certainly don't mean to imply my athletic life ended in my 20's, or that it's not possible/reasonable/smart/fun to set a goal of racing to your genetic potential with grey hairs on our heads. I don't doubt there're thousands of such folks who's wheel i'd struggle to hold.

Besides... doesn't 'staying active' involve speedy trips through the lava fields? lets redefine that phrase :)

Re: fitness made simple

I'm 62 and have entered the phase you just left in your 20's. I'm racing. Started out by attempting to complete an Ironman after being inspired to start triathlons again after a 5 year hiatus. I did my first at 42 and quit after 10 years. After 2 Ironman age group wins followed by disappointing races at the World Championship, I'm plotting my third assault on Kona. So, your 60's don't just have to be about staying active.

Re: no fear

look at the ears on us. good lord. but: don't make fun - we can hear you.

Re: mcluhan on twitter

mcluhan on blippy? my head just exploded. too.. much.. #brainbluescreen

Re: youtube allstars

what's your all time fav youtube clip? mine: underdog wins gold - http://bit.ly/dlZ2t7

Re: mick jagger to andy warhol

Rumor.
